Job Title: Supportive Learning Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Supportive Learning Assistant to join our team in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working with Key Stage 1 students.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with class teachers to provide support and assistance in KS1 classrooms.
Help plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote positive learning outcomes for all pupils.
Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream setting.
Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to teacher assessments and reports.

Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with KS1 students in a primary school setting.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning and development.
An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
