Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Canvassing Activities: Generate new business opportunities through effective canvassing and lead generation.
  • Property Valuations and Listings: Coordinate property valuations and listings to ensure accurate market pricing and timely listings.
  • Effective Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Matching Prospective Tenants and Buyers: Match prospective tenants and buyers with suitable properties and arrange viewings accordingly.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, buyers, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Financial and Legal Matters: Handle financial and legal matters related to the sales process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Guiding Buyers and Vendors: Provide guidance to buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, from agreement to legal completion.
  • Branch Management: Contribute to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Administration and Software: Utilize agency software systems effectively and maintain excellent administration skills.
  • Office Management: Manage the office in the absence of the Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Target-Driven: Be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas in a concise manner.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Desire to Progress: Have a desire to progress and challenge yourself continually, with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
  • Experience: Experience in sales and property sales is an advantage but not essential.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £ Basic paan OTE around £37.000 Plus car allowance available. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects. Local experience is not essential. The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays with a day off in the week.
