Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales, Valuation, and Listing of residential properties to maximize fees and for sale boards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in Estate Agency, with a strong understanding of the residential property market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
