A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited, a leading recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property sales and listing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building long-term business relationships with clients and applicants.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate property valuations and listings to maximize sales potential
- Effectively market properties to buyers through targeted campaigns
- Match prospective tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arrange viewings accordingly
- Maintain regular contact with buyers, vendors, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth sales process
- Deal with financial and legal matters related to the sales process
