About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a MENA Region Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions in the tech sector. You will work closely with our internal teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Caselton Clark is a specialist recruitment agency for media, events, exhibitions, and conferences. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in the MENA region through extensive travel and face-to-face interactions with clients.
- Manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Sell across a diverse portfolio of digital solutions, media products, and flagship events.
- Design tailored campaigns that align with client objectives and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Min 1 year of proven success in B2B media sales, ideally within the tech sector or MENA market.
- A consultative, creative sales approach with the ability to sell across multiple platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the MENA region.
- Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and familiarity with SPIN selling techniques (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
