We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support our nursing homes in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. This role will oversee the clinical governance and quality of care for our residents, ensuring that our homes meet the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and support the performance of every home in your region to ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality of care standards.
- Analyse clinical governance database and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop practical strategies to address any issues.
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions to address any issues and improve standards.
- Develop and deliver clinical investigations and training programs to support the improvement of clinical standards.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration and RN (General) qualification.
- Experience of working in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor.
- Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
- Ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans.
