E Fundresearch is a leading player in the investment industry, dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Corporate Fundraising Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role

As a Corporate Fundraising Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with investors, coordinating investor communication, and supporting our fundraising efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be exposed to various aspects of corporate fundraising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Coordinate and prepare regular and ad-hoc deliverables for our investor base
    • Draft emails, reports, and other written materials for review by senior team members
    • Liaise with our investment, finance, and legal teams, as well as third-party administrators and vendors, to ensure accuracy in reporting and answer investor queries
  • Client Meetings, Marketing, and Fundraising:
    • Prepare presentations, handouts, analysis, and briefing packs ahead of client meetings
    • Contribute to our fundraising and client retention efforts by coordinating information flows and drafting RFP/DDQ responses for review by senior members of the team
    • Manage preparation and maintenance of marketing materials and data room for fundraising
    • Maintain an up-to-date list of Frequently Asked Questions
  • Quarterly and Annual Reporting:
    • Produce quarterly reports for funds and SMAs, for onward distribution to investors
    • Prepare materials for regular investor update calls, semi-annual Advisory Board meetings, and annual Investor Day
    • Create and maintain case studies for investments
    • Develop understanding of our strategies (investments, returns, fees, investors)
    • Develop knowledge on competitive landscape and market developments
    • Contribute to new projects and engage with investors and other stakeholders
    Requirements
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, and undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1 classification)
    • Working knowledge of private markets and fundraising
    • Experience in marketing, sales, and client communications
    • Technical financial modelling and analysis training and experience
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills and an aptitude for solving problems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
    • CFA/CAIA qualification or progress towards it is a plus
