Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Head of Corporate Relationships to lead our corporate partnerships team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in developing and executing corporate partnerships strategies, with a proven track record of success in fundraising at the six and seven figure level.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for corporate partnerships, aligning with the institution's overall fundraising goals.
  2. Lead a team of corporate partnerships colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and securing funding from corporate partners.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop proposal materials and pitch ideas to potential corporate partners.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all corporate partnerships activities, ensuring that all reporting requirements are met.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate partnerships, with a proven track record of success in fundraising at the six and seven figure level.
  • Significant experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
