About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experiences of small groups of learners in a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support learners with special educational needs and disabilities in a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide one-to-one support to learners as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
