About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heritage House School in Chesham. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experiences of small groups of learners in a classroom environment.

The role involves working 33.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with an additional 5 days for training. You will be part of a dedicated and talented team, committed to educating, motivating, and celebrating learners with special educational needs and disabilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is interested in working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, who is adaptive, creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated to putting our learners at the heart of everything we do. If this is you, we would love to hear from you.

We offer full support through an induction programme and in-house training and mentoring. Experience is desirable but not essential.
