Key Responsibilities- Sales Generation: Utilize development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships to effectively manage sales generation.
- Customer Service: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion, building confidence and trust with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of our home products and homebuilding experience.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential homebuyers, identifying their needs and matching related solutions to generate buy-in and drive sales.
- Experience: Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar.
- Skillset: Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment, with outstanding customer care/customer service experience, resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems).
