About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Circle K Ireland Energy Group Limited. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales market manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Champion a world-class customer experience in store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Merchandise the store to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Prepare food and K coffee to high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Clean and maintain the store to a high standard, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Generate sales leads for the fuel card team, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and excellent customer service.
  • Full driving license and access to a car, as regular travel between stores is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
