Role Profile

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
  • Managing point of sale processes, including cash, card, and credit transactions
  • Adhering to policies and procedures for the security of cash and merchandise
  • Product coding, pricing, and updating prices on goods for resale
  • Adhering to all Society policies and procedures, Health and Safety procedures, and reporting any hazards to Branch Management
  • Demonstrating initiative and flexibility when required
