Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WAGAMAMA LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team to develop and grow the front of house team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting WAGAMAMA LIMITED standards.
  • Lead by example, embodying our people promise and values, and inspiring and motivating the team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Support the management team to oversee all aspects of the front of house operation, including labour and rotas, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the front of house team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, sales, and labour costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including labour and rotas, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
