Adult Safeguarding Team Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding Team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risks to vulnerable adults, working closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of adult safeguarding cases, identifying risks and developing effective plans to mitigate them.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated response to adult safeguarding concerns.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, managers, and other professionals on adult safeguarding best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
