About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Safeguarding team. As a Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a purposeful and professional social work service to children in need and their families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to identify the needs of children and their families
  • Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Working closely with other agencies and professionals to provide a coordinated response to safeguarding concerns

You will be a qualified Social Worker with experience of working in a safeguarding role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and professionals.
