Lead Automotive Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. This high-profile position offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to design engineering activities, balancing hands-on technical work with project management responsibilities.
As a key player in ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, risks are managed, and technical challenges are solved effectively, you will take ownership of the design process from creating and reviewing 3D models and 2D drawings to managing design validation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive design and development, a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating strong mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic design skills, and excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-focused approach.
