About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join our team. As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, and working closely with our 1st Line Engineers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, including network, server, and desktop problems
  • Work closely with 1st Line Engineers to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a 2nd Line IT support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft services-based infrastructure, including Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Experience with network devices and firewalls, including Cisco and Juniper
  • CCNA and ITIL certifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
