**Job Title:** Sales and Yard Assistant - Bath Branch

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Yard Assistant to join our team at Jacksons Fencing in Bath. As a Sales and Yard Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving sales growth and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotes for prospective clients.
  • Process quotations to orders and work with internal departments to achieve customer expectations.
  • Carry out a range of customer service and administration duties, including responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Proactively contribute to the completion of the team's workload and perform other duties as reasonably requested by your manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience of manual handling highly desirable.
  • MS Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Ability to work as part of a team, or on your own on various projects.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
