About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Yard Assistant to join our team at Jacksons Fencing in Bath. As a Sales and Yard Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Perform yard duties, including manual handling and forklift operation (training will be provided)
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Manual handling experience and forklift operation skills (training will be provided)
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
