About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Yard Assistant to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing quotations, and working closely with internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and increase sales opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Process quotations to orders and work with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the completion of the team's workload and perform other duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Manual handling experience highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently on various projects.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
