About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Yard Assistant to join our team at Jacksons Fencing in Bath. As a Sales and Yard Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving sales growth in both the retail and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process quotations to orders and work with internal departments to achieve customer expectations.
  • Proactively build strong working relationships with end customers and contribute to the completion of the team's workload.
  • Perform a range of customer service and administration duties, including manual handling and forklift operation.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience of manual handling and forklift operation highly desirable.
  • MS Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word & Excel) and ability to work as part of a team or on your own on various projects.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
