Financial Business Partner for Sales Growth

We're looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our team based in Burton/Hybrid. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you'll support our On Trade sales teams on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial conversations, understanding sales functions, and providing comprehensive support for the on/off-trade business. They'll also be skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders and able to add value to our business through financial gains or process improvements.
Our company offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, plus flexible work programmes and opportunities for development and progression within our business.
