School Age Care Deputy Manager Position

An opportunity to contribute to the success of our Breakfast & After School Club by supporting the management team.

About the Role
  • Assist the management team in delivering a high-quality service for children in a school setting.
  • Help plan and supervise activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, and structured play.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Contribute to the creation of engaging activities that promote social interaction and learning.
  2. Maintain effective communication with the Club Manager, parents, and other relevant parties.
  3. Support team members in their daily responsibilities and foster a positive work environment.

This role requires an experienced individual with strong organizational and time management skills, who can work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

The estimated salary for this position is £7.50 per hour, which translates to approximately £168 per week for 22.5 hours and £300 per week during holiday clubs.
