Job Title: Reception Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team at Heythrop Park Resort. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of reception staff to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area.
  • Direct and coach the team to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered, including guest check-in, room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Work closely with the Head of Facilities and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor guest feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement and enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
