Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Programme Controls Specialist to join our team at D2. As a seasoned professional in programme management, you will be responsible for leading a team of project controls professionals driving a high-performing team focused on proactive actions. This role involves developing and implementing programme/project controls strategies and processes aligned to client and project requirements and working on high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK and Canada.

In this role, you will lead a team to assure Project baselines (scope, schedule, estimates and risk) at various stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring baseline integrity is maintained effectively. You will also work with data analysts to develop appropriate forward-looking performance metrics and dashboards using tools such as MS Power BI and identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for efficiencies utilising both internal D2 benchmarking data tools, but technologies such as Nodes and Links and nPlan.
