We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Simpson Booth Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for generating project controls outputs autonomously with very little supervision required from your Project Controls Manager.

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will produce advanced, high-quality outputs across all project controls sub-functions with very little supervision required from more senior project controls staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost Control: Periodically updated and validated EAC for relevant projects or programmes, project or programme-level cost reporting.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Periodically updated and validated schedule, including progress and forecast, for relevant projects or programmes, schedule reports and extracts including resource analysis, assure schedule quality for junior project controllers.
  • RAID Management: New risks and full risk register updates, periodically updated RAID items and actions, project or programme level RAID reports, quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis.
  • Document Control: Non-technical documentation reviews, document deliveries, receivals, and internal distribution, status reports, documentation registers and transmittals logs.

An estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
