Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide warm and friendly customer service to all guests, members, and customers.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
    • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high-quality food and beverages are served to our guests.
    • Provide excellent customer service during food and beverage service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
