About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at VWA (Victoria Wall Associates). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships.
  • SOURCE new clients and roles, and facilitate introductions between new clients and consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to develop effective BD and CRM strategies.
Requirements:
  • Prior business development experience is essential.
  • Degree-educated and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient work approach, and warm demeanor.
  • Natural rapport-builder with a team-working and commercial mindset.
