Office Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Gateshead, United Kingdom.
This role involves providing administrative assistance to various departments, maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories, preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Assisting with the organization of company events and training sessions
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced Administrator with previous experience in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary Range£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
