About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dementia Care Professional to join our team at Galanos House in Southam. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the positive wellbeing of our beneficiaries living with dementia.

In this role, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge to our staff teams to understand and manage risk and informed decision-making for our beneficiaries. You will also ensure the safe, therapeutically effective, and person-centred care of the highest quality for our beneficiaries living with dementia.

You will work closely with our staff team to deliver outstanding care and support, and collaborate with our Deputy Manager to provide the service within the regulatory framework of the Care Act 2014 and current CQC regulatory requirements.
