Job Title: Business Development Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Estimator to join our team at Candover Green Limited. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in achieving strategic outcomes through accurate pricing estimates for new and existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make a significant contribution to the achievement of tendering success rates
* Set and maintain high standards in tendering, accuracy, commercial insight, and accompanying data evidence
* Ownership, development, and continual improvement of the company's business development tendering model
* Undertake site visits to assist with pricing and resource planning
* Maintain strong relationships with senior directors and managers throughout the business

Requirements:

* Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial skills in relation to business development
* Advanced level in application of MS Office, especially Excel
* Strong organisational skills, with excellent time management, the ability to work under pressure, and to multiple tight and concurrent deadlines
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills and an effective approach to decision-making
* Capable of conducting research, with the ability to understand the company's services, markets, and competitors
