Market Share Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced estate agent to join our Slough branch as a senior sales manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning estate agency that offers a structured career path up to regional management level.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximizing revenues, and growing the property register. You will also develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will be target-driven, tenacious, and able to work effectively managing a team. They will be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, displaying high standards of service and presentation. A car owner with a full driving licence and insurance for business use is essential.
The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In return, you can expect to receive uncapped commission opportunities with bonus incentives, continuous exciting career and personal development opportunities, annual award trips and prizes, and increasing holiday entitlement from 2 years' service.
