Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and fluent French-speaking E-commerce Customer Service Associate to join our expanding team in our Merton Office. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, telephone, and email
  • Handle customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain high customer service standards, providing helpful assistance and efficient service
  • Communicate with team members on shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Proactively keep customers informed of enquiry progress
  • Deal with internal processes from start to finish
  • Process customer parcels, working closely with Warehouse and Logistics
  • Monitor and reply to customer queries across all platforms
Requirements
  • Fluency in French is essential for this role
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an E-commerce Customer Service environment
  • High-level multi-tasking skills with an element of urgency
  • Experience working with a CRM system is highly advantageous
