Care Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Support Care Assistants in their development and provide guidance when needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.25
- 22 hours available per week

Requirements:
- Experience in care, with an NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with older people and their needs
