We are looking for a talented SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting students with Autism, helping them access the curriculum and develop vital social and communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students' learning goals.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities for students with Autism.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students engage with the curriculum.
  • Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students' learning goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. A relevant qualification in SEN or teaching assistance is an advantage.
