Employee Experience Coordinator

Barker Ross Group is seeking a talented HR Officer to fill a temporary contract and support our client's talent development and employee experience initiatives.
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience and hold a relevant professional qualification, such as the Foundation Certificate in People Practice Level 3. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy
- Identify and source high-quality training and development services to support long-term organizational goals
- Ensure effective use of the learning management system and optimize its functionality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training programs and events
- Analyze learning evaluation data and provide insights to inform future talent development initiatives

- Competitive hourly rate: £15.38 - £16.48 per hour
