- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for the hotel
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Manage and maintain equipment, machinery, and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Plan and execute maintenance projects within budget and timeline
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
