The Sales Support role supports National Account Managers (NAMs) and the Business Development Manager by providing high-quality service for a wide range of clients.
The ideal candidate will:
- Manage day-to-day customer service activities, including phone and email support, for an extensive telephone customer base.
- Have experience in sales administration, including proficiency in Excel.
- Have a background in FMCG, although not essential.
