We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing solutions and guidance to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and escalating issues to the relevant teams.

This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday. You will be based in our Basingstoke office for the first six months, with the option to work from home one day a week after this period.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
