Special Education Needs Coordinator Wanted for Infant School

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 class teacher with additional SENCO responsibilities. The successful candidate will join the leadership team and work closely with staff to support the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the individual needs of pupils with SEND
- Work closely with staff to develop and implement inclusive teaching practices
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive school improvement
