This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Early Years professional to join our client, a reputable training provider in the education sector. As Trainee Early Years Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprenticeship learners, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their qualification.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification and at least 3 years of Deputy Manager or above experience in a nursery setting. You should also possess a UK driving license and be willing to travel to various locations in the Chelmsford area.
