Key Responsibilities

As an Adult Learning Opportunities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of adult learning opportunities across the county. This will involve working closely with community groups, local businesses, and other stakeholders to identify and meet the needs of adult learners.

You will provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to existing and potential learners, facilitating self-directed learning opportunities within ACL centres and providing frontline support to learners accessing face-to-face, online, and blended learning. You will also develop and maintain high-quality information resources for learners and stakeholders, both in-centre and online.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Careers Education, Information Advice, and Guidance practitioner, with a relevant qualification at Level 2 or equivalent by experience. They will possess well-developed organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
