Inclusive Education Coordinator

As an Outreach Tutor with Prospero Teaching, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who are not attending school in or around Chelmsford.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering 1:1 education packages that cater to the unique needs of each pupil, helping to bridge gaps in their education and boost engagement and attainment levels.
About the Role:- Create and deliver tailored lessons to meet the specific needs of each pupil
- Collaborate with Prospero Teaching to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
- Help pupils develop confidence and academic skills through one-on-one instruction
- Teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent)
- Experience working in a UK school (min. 6 months)
- Safeguarding training (optional)
- DBS clearance or willingness to apply
- References from previous roles
This role comes with a competitive hourly rate of £25, acknowledging the significance of your contribution in shaping the educational journeys of young people.
