**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Care Services Supervisor to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
  • To develop and implement effective quality assurance management systems.
  • To participate in on-call rosters, providing cover for unplanned absences.

Requirements:

  • Experience of supervising others within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
