Job Description

We are seeking a Home Care Operations Manager to lead the establishment and management of our new home care branch in Sudbury, Suffolk.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing a domiciliary care service and a strong understanding of CQC standards. They will also possess excellent business acumen, with a focus on developing and growing our service.

The role will involve oversight of the day-to-day operations, management of staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and development of quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the home care branch, including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and coordination of services.
  2. Management of staff, including performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing home care services.
  4. Development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  5. Fiscal responsibility, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  6. Identification of opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

About You:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
