What You Will Do:

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of home care services, managing a team of care staff, and promoting dignified and respectful care for all service users. This role requires a strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practice standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery and Quality:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Ensure regular monitoring and review of care quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of dignity and respect, upholding the rights of service users.
  • Manage risk assessments and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and CQC regulations.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in social care or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.
