Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst III to join our team at TD Bank - London Branch. As a key member of our Global Operations and Business Services function, you will provide deep technical subject matter expertise and analysis to support business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and analysis to support business processes and operations
  • Identify and document process improvements and exceptions
  • Lead work streams and projects to implement process improvements
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of process drivers and root causes of operational issues
  • Accountable for cross-functional initiatives to deliver value to customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute reporting functions and produce consolidated or aggregated reporting
  • Maintain and develop working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Work closely with internal bank partners to ensure client needs are met

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures
  • Experienced level of the role with general business and operational knowledge
  • Ability to execute on ad-hoc standard and non-standard processes and requests
  • Identifies and investigates non-standard operational/reporting/process issues
  • Provides recommendations or escalates issues to appropriate area
  • Provides regular analysis and/or reporting to support business partners and functional areas

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • 5+ years relevant experience and/or post-graduate degree and/or certifications
