Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support and maintenance to ensure business continuity Ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business
Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years' experience of IT service delivery Excellent knowledge of Office365, SharePoint online, and Microsoft office suite Good fault-finding capability Good knowledge of computer hardware and setup Strong communication and problem-solving skills Clean driving licence and access to a car
