About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Children Wellbeing Practitioner. As a key member of our Children's Mental Health Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing low-intensity interventions to children and young people in educational settings and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems.
  • Help children and young people to rapidly access more specialist services when needed.
  • Support and facilitate professionals in different settings to identify and manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Low Intensity CBT qualification.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Knowledge of the education system in the UK.
  • Knowledge of children and young people gained through academic study in child development, child wellbeing, or mental health.
